This notice is issued under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Which personal data do we process?
Through www.ardicotomotiv.com.tr (the “Site”) we may process:
- Identity and contact data: name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, company name, province.
- Dealer application data: tax office, tax number, contact person, type of business.
- Job application data: CV content, position applied for, cover letter.
- Communication content: messages you send through forms and the WhatsApp line.
- Newsletter subscription: e-mail address.
- Location: the approximate location shared by your browser when you choose “Use my location”. It is processed only in your browser, never sent to our servers and never stored.
- Technical data: your cookie preference; if you consent to cookies, anonymised usage data collected by Google Analytics (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes of processing
- Evaluating dealer and customer applications, opening accounts and B4B access.
- Responding to contact requests, parts enquiries, suggestions and complaints.
- Evaluating job applications and running recruitment processes.
- Sending campaign and news bulletins where you have consented.
- Ensuring the security of the Site and improving its use.
- Fulfilling our legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the following grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (dealer application, account).
- Fulfilment of the data controller’s legal obligations (commercial and tax legislation).
- The legitimate interests of the data controller, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (responding to requests, security).
- Your explicit consent (newsletter, analytics cookies, retention of your CV).
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to:
- e-mail and form infrastructure providers that deliver form submissions;
- our hosting provider;
- Google, within the scope of Google Analytics, if you consent to cookies (transfer abroad based on your explicit consent under Article 9 of the KVKK);
- competent public authorities on request;
- your nearest branch and sales representative during the dealer process.
Your data is not otherwise shared with or sold to third parties.
6. Collection method
Personal data is collected electronically through the forms on the Site, e-mail, telephone and the WhatsApp line, and verbally or in writing at our branches.
7. Retention
- Dealer and customer records: for the duration of the business relationship and thereafter for the period required by law (up to 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law).
- Contact form messages: 2 years after the request is closed.
- Job applications: 1 year from the application date, after which they are deleted.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to request notification of these to third parties, to object to results arising exclusively from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
Send your request with information verifying your identity to info@ardicotomotiv.com.tr or in writing to “Başkent OSB, Başkent Bulvarı No:95, Malıköy, Sincan/Ankara”. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

This notice may be updated in line with legislation and our services. The current version is always published on this page.
