This policy covers www.ardicotomotiv.com.tr (the “Site”) operated by Ardıç Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Ardıç Otomotiv”). The B4B ordering system (b4b.ardicotomotiv.com.tr) is a separate system subject to its own terms.

2. Information we collect
You do not need to provide any personal information simply to browse the Site. Information is requested only in forms: contact, dealer application, job application and newsletter subscription. We ask only for what is needed to handle your request.
The “Use my location” feature works with your browser’s permission. Your location is calculated in your browser only to show the nearest branch; it is not sent to our servers.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your request and communicate with you.
- To evaluate dealer and job applications.
- To send the newsletter if you have consented. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
- To improve the Site’s performance and content (only with anonymous statistics, if you consent to cookies).
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties for advertising.
4. Data security
- The Site and its forms operate over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Form data is delivered only to a corporate e-mail account accessible to authorised staff.
- Forms include bot protection against automated submissions.
- Access to personal data is limited to staff whose duties require it.

The Site is aimed at business customers and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
8. Intellectual property
Texts, images and designs on the Site belong to Ardıç Otomotiv. Supplier and vehicle brand logos belong to their respective owners and are used solely to present our product range.
